Too often our experience of love and of living with loved ones leads to pain and suffering. It seems as if that which brings us most happiness also brings the most intense and deepest sorrow.

The teachings of Buddha demonstrate a series of insights and methods which enable us to cultivate a deeply heartfelt love that never leads to suffering. Through a skillful combination of talks, meditative exercises, and discussion, we can begin to understand how we can love without pain.
