Weekly Classes

We offer weekly classes in the following Brooklyn locations:

These classes are part of our General Program (GP), and are intended for anyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. For those who are interested in a more in-depth course of study, we also offer classes as part of our Foundation Program (FP).

What will I gain from these classes?

GP classes allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind, such as anger and jealousy and to cultivate positive minds, such as patience and love.

Beyond this, the talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice of your own. A regular meditation practice has many benefits, including:

  • helping us to reduce stress
  • helping us to overcome anxiety and worry
  • bringing us inner calm and a feeling of well-being
  • giving us clarity to solve our problems
  • helping us deal with challenging people and situations
